During the warranty period, any breakdown or malfunction related to the equipment or installation will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the customer, provided there is no mishandling by the customer, vandalism or tampering by non-Dumo Security personnel.

We also have the RECI-005005218 registration which qualifies us to install and maintain fire protection systems in accordance with the Fire Protection Installations Regulations (RIPCI). Not necessarily. Many of our security systems can operate autonomously without an internet connection, communicating with the Alarm Reception Centre via the system's own GPRS SIM card. However, internet connection provides important advantages that improve remote access in real time from the mobile app, camera viewing from anywhere, instant push notifications and faster image transmission speed.
